This stainless steel tie rod end set from Cornerstone Suspension Tech is exactly what your IFS kit needs.
It's a direct fit for popular setups like Heidts and TCI.
Each tie rod measures 3.4 inches long, with a 9/16x18 rod thread and a 1/2x20 stud thread.
The rod end is female, and the stud has a small taper of .556 inches and a large taper of .626—so it seats snug and stays put.
No grease zerks on this one, but you do get the hardware: nut and cotter pin.
