It's designed for a 350, specifically with a 2-piece rear main seal.
It's a 153-tooth flexplate and it's for a 10.5-inch internal balance setup.
It's heavy-duty, so it should hold up fine.
The part number is PCE226.1001, also known as PC2551.
Comes with the usual California Prop 65 warning, but that's everything these days.
